TenderPro Staffing (“TenderPro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to information collected through our website at https://tenderprostaffing.com, our internal candidate and recruiter portals, and any related communications, including SMS.
Information we collect
Information you provide to us. When you apply, register, or communicate with us, you may provide:
- Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, mailing address.
- Professional information: resume, work history, certifications, licenses, specialties (such as RN, LPN, allied health, etc.), references, and shift availability.
- Eligibility information: work authorization status, background check authorization, immunization records (where required by the facility), and similar credentialing information.
- Communications: messages you send to us, including by SMS, email, or through our portals.
Information we collect automatically. When you use our website or portals, we may collect device information, IP address, browser type, referring URLs, and analytics events.
How we use information
We use your information to:
- Match you with shift opportunities, contract assignments, and direct-hire positions in healthcare.
- Communicate with you about your application, credentials, scheduling, and shifts.
- Verify eligibility and credentials for roles you apply to or are placed in.
- Comply with applicable laws, including healthcare employment, payroll, and tax requirements.
- Operate, maintain, and improve our website and portals.
SMS and text messaging
If you opt in to SMS, we will send you text messages related to your application, shift opportunities, recruiter follow-ups, and similar healthcare staffing communications. You can expect roughly 2–10 messages per month, though volume may vary based on your preferences and active opportunities. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is opt-in only. We do not send SMS to candidates who have not affirmatively opted in. The consent checkbox on our intake form is unchecked by default, and consent is not required to apply for any position.
Stop and help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and stop receiving further texts. Reply HELP to receive help information. You can also contact us at the email address in the Contact section to manage your SMS preferences.
No third-party sharing of SMS data. We do NOT share, sell, rent, or transfer your phone number, mobile information, or SMS opt-in data to any third party or affiliate for any purpose, including marketing. This information is used solely to operate the SMS communications you have opted in to receive.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to deliver our services or comply with the law:
- Healthcare facilities and employers. With your permission, we share your professional and eligibility information with facilities and employers considering you for a role.
- Service providers. We use trusted vendors to operate parts of our service, including Twilio (SMS delivery), Supabase (database hosting), and similar processors. These providers are bound to use information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of TenderPro, our candidates, or others.
We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for the period required to comply with our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at the address in the Contact section, subject to records we are required to keep.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address in the Contact section.
You can manage SMS by replying STOP at any time, or by updating your preferences from your candidate profile.
Data security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated through our website or, where required by law, by direct notice.
